Just this week, Congress voted, almost unanimously, to extend and expand the homebuyer tax credit. The exptension changes the cut off date from Nov. 20, 2009 to Apr. 30, 2010. The expansions includes an increase in the income limit as well as a the inclusion of a $6500 credit for existing homeowners.
